A short career doesn’t have to mean audiences get shorted some serious skin—take Penelope Reed as a prime example. Her first professional credit was also her first skintastic one, and it’s highly memorable as well as being generous with boob-tacular nudity. Playing female warrior Tashi in the movie Amazons (1986), Penelope introduces her fab knockers while bathing in a lake, her titillating twosome bobbing in the water. A dry look is also included, followed by some topless ass-kissing by an equally bare-breasted co-star. The first of only nine credits on her acting resume, the Missouri-born farm girl followed up her big-screen debut with parts on TV series like Hilary in The New Mike Hammer in 1986, Dana Grant in J.J. Starbuck in 1987, and just a chick in the Burt Reynolds’ show Out of This World in 1989. Penelope did one TV movie, Glory Years (1987), starring the hottie Tawny Kitaen, a Mr. Skin Great Nudity! girl. The last three credits this one-time model and a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia completed were three feature films. She played a stewardess (for the young ‘uns, you would know this job today as a flight attendant) in Far Out Man (1990), a Tommy Chong original (he wrote it, directed it, and starred in it) co-starring C. Thomas Howell and Rae Dawn Chong as themselves (fun facts: Rae is Tommy’s daughter, C. Thomas his son-in-law, husband of Rae at the time). Penelope also played Katrina in the action thriller flick Hired to Kill (1990), then ended her career as a thespian much like she started it—played an Amazon warrior in the B-movie special Hollywood Boulevard II (1990).
